Akitoye Balogun better known as AjeButter22 is a Nigerian musician and rapper first appeared on the scene in 2009 alongside his sister Taymi (aka Socialajebutterfly) in the eclectic hip-hop, electro-funk, and soul duo Soyinka’s Afro.
Ajebutter22 was born on the 1st of June, 1991, in Lagos State, which falls in the South Western part of Nigeria. He had both his primary and secondary education in Lagos State.
In 2010, Ajebutter22 released his first mixtape titled ‘Death of the Skip Button‘. London Girl to a Lagos Boy, Ko Easy, and She wants more, are the singles in this mixtape. The sky was the limit from there on out as their debut mixtape, “Death of the Skip Button,” released in early 2010 and included songs like “London Girl to a Lagos Boy,” “Ko Easy,” and “She Wants More.”
