American singer, songwriter, and poet Jillian Rose Banks, known popularly as Banks releases a soundtrack titled “Meteorite”, “Meteorite” is the fifth single from Banks’ album tagged “Serpentina”
The song is a somewhat complex love song for two reasons. First is that the lyrics are highly metaphorical. Secondly, usually when we deal with such cases of a vocalist expressing romantic desire for an addressee, the former is looking forward to something like a monogamous relationship. But in this case, it seems as if Banks already knows that the apple of her eye has other romantic interests or, more simply put, is akin to a player
Being released through AWAL on 4 April 2022, the singer, who hails from Orange County, CA, has come out with three studio albums prior. All three projects fared moderately well, particularly in Australia and her homeland of the United States. The song was produced by TĀLĀ, Shlohmo, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs & BANKS
