After the success of sugarcane, Camidoh announced a remix featuring King Promise, Mayorkun and Darkoo. Camidoh first announced the remix in February, though he did not confirm the track’s official release date, fans expected that it would arrive in the spring after footage of the remix’s studio session began circulating in early February.

Camidoh appeared alongside King Promise in behind-the-scenes. Meanwhile, the original record has currently surpassed 30 million total plays across the major music streaming and discovery platforms, including Numerous videos created with the song on YouTube.

The song was produced by Phantom, and written by Darkoo, Mayorkun, Gregory Bortey Newman & Raphael Camidoh. Furthermore, the song was released on April 4, 2022
