Grape juice in this track is most likely referring to wine, which is made of grapes, and the term blues in the lyrics is used to describe the sadness that results from a dependency on alcohol that takes priority over the loving relationships in one’s life.
Grapejuice almost seems like a little dream of Harry spending time with his favorite person and a good bottle of wine, what Grapejuice really is, to hide away from the stress of his daily life. He dreams of escaping from his hectic life with just his lover and a bottle red wine.
