“Cookies” is by 5-member South Korean girl group, NewJeans, the song is the 3rd track off NewJeans 1st EP tagged “New Jeans”. The NewJeans members consist of Minji (민지), Hanni (하니), Danielle (다니엘), Haerin (해린) and Hyein (혜인).
NewJeans’ sound is straightforward and unpretentious. MIN HEE JIN, producer, has always established creative artist brands by going against the flow of the K-pop business to make trends rather than follow them, and believes that “pop music, like clothes, is an inseparable part of our everyday life.”
The record was produced by Jinsu Park, written by Gigi (KOR), Ylva Dimberg & Jinsu Park. Released on August 1, 2022 under ADOR (어도어) (label).
