Neneh Cherry has tapped Sia for a vibey reworking of her 1989 song, “Manchild.” The track will appear on Cherry’s forthcoming album “The Versions”, a collaboration album of covers from her catalogue by an all-female line-up
Sia, is an Australian pop singer and songwriter. She is also part of the supergroup, LSD alongside British singer, Labrinth and American DJ, Diplo. Before her solo debut, Sia also lent vocals to British acid-jazz duo, Zero 7.
Sia famously started hiding her face during her recent promotional cycles and public events. She has stated that because when she started to become a little bit famous, it felt destabilizing for her in some ways.
The record was produced by Jesse Shatkin, and written by Neneh Cherry, Booga Bear & Robert “3D” del Naja. Having April 28,2022 as it’s release date.
